FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time is 12 to 15 business days , after which it depends on the courier's delivery time, usually 4 to 7 days . Workflow may also shorten or lengthen the wait time for our products, which will be notified when you review your order status.
Saturdays and Sundays DO NOT COUNT AS BUSINESS DAYS.
2.- Do we ship to other countries?
We're working to enable international deliveries soon. Currently, this only applies to the Mexican Republic.
3.- Do we ship to all of Mexico ?
Yes, we also have an authorized distributor in Texcoco, State of Mexico.
4.- What are the payment methods?
PayPal, credit and debit cards through Mercado Pago, deposits at Oxxo, and via bank transfer.
5.- Why should I provide my personal data?
This way, when shipping your product, we'll know who it's going to, where you live, and providing your phone number will help the shipping company with any issues. Customers should review the information carefully, as Freaky Store is not responsible for errors in names or incomplete addresses.
6.- Does the cost of the products include shipping?
Some products already include shipping; otherwise, shipping is added before you make your payment and costs approximately $150 (may vary).
7.- Do you have a physical store?
We have an exclusive authorized distributor located at: Plaza de la Constitución #123, Juarez Center Avenue, Texcoco de Mora, State of Mexico.
8.- How do I know my size?
In the store, we follow the national standard sizes. However, if you want to make a purchase but are unsure which size fits you best, please consult our Size Guide section.
9.- What care does my garment need?
As this is a full-print garment, care is very basic for your garment, as the 3D dye sublimation process provides a very high-quality finish. However, we recommend machine or hand washing in cold water. Dry in the shade with the print inside out. You can use fabric softeners, but do not use bleaches such as chlorine or bleach, to maintain the vibrant colors.

10.- Changes and returns
If you have placed an order or made a purchase and notice that you have chosen the wrong size or gender, you have the right to a modification within the first 48 hours after your purchase by contacting our sales representative.
After that, exchanges and returns only apply to manufacturing defects. Contact us to find out if your product is eligible for an exchange or return.
