Refund policy

Shipping Information

It is essential to provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to returns, delays, or cancellations by the carrier. In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the recipient must pay for reshipment.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 72 hours of placing your order at freakystoreus@gmail.com with the subject line "Address Update".

Once your tracking number is sent via email, your order is considered fulfilled, and delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier and customer. Freaky Store is not liable for damage caused during transit.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If factory defects are involved, we may ask you to submit photos of the item. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at freakystoreus@gmail.com. with the subject line "Return". If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.

Damages and Manufacturing Defects

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at freakystoreus@gmail.com with the subject line: "Exchange or Refund". Include clear photos of the item and describe the issue. We’ll evaluate the case and guide you through the process.

We accept exchanges or returns under the following factory defect conditions:

  • Wrong product/Size: This is when the item arrived does not match the order you placed, whether it’s a different design or a different size (as shown on the tags). When this happens contact us immediately to check all details and initiate the return and exchange process.

  • Mismatched pieces: If your item presents inconsistencies such as: pieces of different size (sleeves, hoods, chest, back, pockets, etc.), Pieces of different designs, Inverted pieces or noticeable size differences; please report them and we’ll assess the situation to further proceed.

  • Gaps/Holes: If by factory your item has unfinished sewing and presents gaps, holes, improperly closed seams or lose seams; please report them and we’ll assess the situation to further proceed.

  • Faded designs: If your item presents noticeable fading and drastic changes on the look compared to the picture we provide, or presents fading that are not part of the design; please report them and we’ll assess the situation to further proceed.

-Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, garments that had been used, personal items or items with flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is an Exchange. 
If you’d prefer to exchange an item, we will ask to returning the original first. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are only available in cases of manufacturing defects, as listed above.

Cancelations and Refunds

You may request a cancellation if Freaky Store does not fulfill delivery as stated in our shipping policy. Additionally, if you don’t wish to exchange an item and your return is eligible, you may request a full refund (100% of your payment) to your original payment method.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Please allow 48–72 hours for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
