Once your order is received and verified, we immediately begin the production process and will do our best to keep you informed throughout.

⏱ Production Time

Our products are handmade and carefully crafted in-house. This process takes approximately 15 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday — Saturday and Sunday are not business days). Larger orders may require a few additional days.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once production is complete, the shipping and handling process typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. Your order will be delivered straight to your door using standard post shipping.

At this time, Freaky Store US only ships within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

We are actively working to reduce wait times and enhance your shopping experience!
